How long does processing take?
Third Party Items – Some items available in the shop are printed and processed by a third party company. This means that the item you purchase is fulfilled by a production partner. Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days however, there is a chance for longer processing during peak season like Christmas and Thanksgiving.
In House Items – Other items that are printed in house will require 1-5 business days for processing time. Everything I sell is handmade in my home studio. Sometimes I will need extra time to get order processed due to having a large amount of orders to fulfill, special events or sales, and weather related issues that may delay delivery time for the materials I need to make items. This also ensures that if mistakes are made on shipping addresses, you the customer, will have time to correct any accidental typos.
Digital Items– In the case of digital items, processing time does not apply since your order will be made available immediately after purchase, if required, and is available for re-download by logging into your account.
Pre-orders – Pre-orders will always have a disclosed time frame of release dates prior to any advertising taking place. Some preorders items will have shorter or longer waiting periods depending on a various reasons such as manufacturing processing times, shipping times if applicable and assembly times for in house production. I pride myself on transparency so I will always make this my priority to disclose this information to you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping for physical items can take between 1-10 business days. Once a label is created, a tracking number will be printed and provided to you in order for you to track your order. Please keep in mind that some periods of the year may take longer depending on weather events, holidays and other unforeseen local events.
