Refund and Returns Policy

Items fulfilled by Third party Manufacturers

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact me directly with any damage or misprints so that I can file a claim on your behalf.

Please note that for any items purchased that are processed by our manufacturer, I am bound to abide by their policy in order to correct any mishaps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any defects such as misprints , the manufacturer will require photographs of the misprint.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please take images of the damaged box prior to opening up your order. You will also need to take images of any damage caused during shipping so that our manufacturer can file a claim with their shipping department.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Korynne Designs LLC, will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the correct information for your orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items Purchased from in house

Any item purchased that is printed and fulfilled in house will not be refunded. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your order, please contact me directly so we can discuss any issues.

If there is an issue with shipping like a damaged product, please contact me within 7 business days. You will need to take photographs of the damaged parcel and items in order for me to submit a claim on your behalf. Once the shipping provider accepts the claim, a replacement will be shipped to the original shipping address.

Depending on the shipping provider or claim filed, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital Downloads

I do not accept refunds or exchanges for any digital downloads.

Preorders

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for pre-orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged please email me at korynedesigns@gmail.com so we can discuss the possibility of a replacement.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at korynnedesigns@gmail.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email korynnedesigns@gmail.com for instructions. Return shipping address may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
